终于找到原因

net stop wuauserv

cd /d %windir%\SoftwareDistribution

rd /s /q DataStore

net start wuauserv

好像是自动更新目录造成的 执行下就OK了

每次rs.addnew之前都要索引全集 当数据量庞大时 将会变得非常缓慢
